WINNERS VERSUS LOSERS by:RK BISHNOI

WINNERS VERSUS LOSERS
♦♦♦♦♦♦
The Winner is always part of the answer;
The Loser is always part of the problem.
The Winner always has a program;
The Loser always has an excuse.
The Winner says, "Let me do it for you";
The Loser says, "That is not my job."
The Winner sees an answer for every problem;
The Loser sees a problem for every answer.
The Winner says, "It may be difficult but it is possible";
The Loser says, "It may be possible but it is too difficult."
When a Winner makes a mistake, he says, "I was wrong";

When a Loser makes a mistake, he says, "It wasn't my fault."
♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦
A Winner makes commitments;
A Loser makes promises.
Winners have dreams;
Losers have schemes.
Winners say, "I must do something";
Losers say, "Something must be done."
Winners are a part of the team;
Losers are apart from the team.
Winners see the gain;
Losers see the pain.
Winners see possibilities;
Losers see problems.
Winners believe in win-win;
Losers believe for them to win someone has to lose.
Winners see the potential;
Losers see the past.
Winners are like a thermostat;
Losers are like thermometers.
Winners choose what they say;
Losers say what they choose.
Winners use hard arguments but soft words;
Losers use soft arguments but hard words.
Winners stand firm on values but compromise on petty things;
Losers stand firm on petty things but compromise on values.

♦♦♦
Winners follow the philosophy of empathy: "Don't do to others what you would not want them to do to you";
Losers follow the philosophy, "Do it to others before they do it to you."
Winners make it happen;
Losers let it happen.
Winners plan and prepare to win.
The key word is preparation.

4. Get into a continuous education program.
5. Build positive self-esteem.

Common Sence & Knowledge by:RK BISHNOI

Common sense :Education and knowledge without common sense has little meaning. Common sense is the ability to see things as they are and do them as they ought to be done. We are born with five senses touch, taste, sight, smell, and hearing. But successful people have a sixth sense common sense. Common sense is gained in spite of, not necessarily as a result of, education. The best education without common sense is worthless. An abundance of common sense is called wisdom.

Knowledge is Power
We hear every day that knowledge is power. Not really. Knowledge is information. It is potential power and it becomes power only when it is acted upon.
What is the difference between a person who cannot read and a person who can but does not read? Not a whole lot.
Learning is like eating food. It is not how much you eat that matters, what counts is how much you digest.
Knowledge is potential power, wisdom is real power.
Education takes many forms, it is not just grades and a degree. It is
♦♦♦♦
  • cultivating your strength
  • learning self-discipline
  • listening
  • desiring to learn
  • Our minds, like muscles, stretch or shrink depending on how much or how little we exercise them.

If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.

Continuous positive education leads to positive thinking.

The festival of Holi in context of the Bishnoi community by:RK BISHNOI

"Navan Pranam Dosto!I wish  u & ur Family a very Happy

Holi ....its brings joy,hues of ur bright future "

The ancient Indian festival Holi is of very high significance for Bishnoism as the Bishnois consider themselves as the descendents of the Bhakt Prahlad, the son of demon king Hiranykashyap. It is said that Prahlad refused to accept his father as God and insisted that Lord Vishnu was the only God and only He and none other was worthy of worship, which remains a central theme of even the present day Bishnoism. In the Bishnoi scripture 'Sabadvani' (considered to be the fifth Veda by the believers) it has been said that Lord Vishnu reincarnated Himself as 'Narsimha' (Human+Lion) to rescue Prahalad from his demon father and Guru Jambheshwar came to this world to keep His promise made to Prahlad, of the liberation of 12 crore souls in the Kaliyuga(by jambha Bhagwan).
Contrary to current, the Bishnois observe Holi as a day of grief as it is held that on this day Holika, the sister of Hiranaykshyap who was blessed to be unaffected by fire, set in a burning mound of wood with Prahalad in her lap.
To observe this event, the Bishnois don't take any food after the sunset on the day of Holi as a symbol of grief.
However, They celebrate the next day as a day of blissful joy as Lord Vishnu rescued Parahlad from the burning mound. The celebrations, though, are simple and spiritual in nature as they do Havan (Yajna) in the Bishnoi temples, take Pahal (The holy, enchanted water), offer grains and water to the birds and other wildlife and give alms to the needy.
When there is an overt hue and cry over the loss of water and use of toxic colors in the Holi festival (glamorous faces appealing people over electronic and print media), the Bishnoi way of its celebration does not only offer a safe, ecofriendly and sustainable way but also it seems to be the future of this majestic Indian festival.
Happy Holi to one and all, Lets celebrate it in Bishnoi way. Let chastity, restraint and generosity prevail and let the wildlife flourish.
